• Social Media: Platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest for non-commercial purposes.

• Marketing Materials: Brochures,, email newsletters, + other marketing materials directly related to your firm.

Digital Assets and Delivery: Professionally edited, high-resolution images optimized for web viewing. Includes 1 edit revision. Additional post-production retouching is available at an extra cost based on the scope. Digital content delivered via Pictime Gallery within 30 business days post-shoot.

Property Permissions: The client and property owner grant the Photographer permission to photograph and be present at the designated location. The client must have an authorized representative present at the shoot to approve the photographer's interpretation. The client is responsible for location coordination, styling, cleaning, and compliance with health and safety protocols.

Travel Expenses: Associated costs, including air travel and accommodation, will be determined based on the provided address and included in the invoice. Accommodation will be required for projects requiring travel exceeding 3 hours.
